Congressman Mark Schauer (D-MI) offers a speech on the House floor about RTD Manufacturing, a Jackson firm that is ready to hire more workers for a project contracted through the US Army to build components that will keep our troops in Afghanistan safe. However, Citizens Bank - which has received $300M in federal bailout funds - has delayed rtd's loan to buy $85000 worth of steel to complete this project. Rep. Schauer is fighting to make sure RTD doesn't lose out on this opportunity to create jobs and keep our soldiers safe.
